Shipping & Returns

We are committed to delivering your order accurately and as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process:


Order Tracking

You can easily track your order at any time:

  • Log in to your account

  • Go to My Orders

  • Click on Track Order to see real-time updates

You will also receive tracking details via SMS or email once your order has been dispatched.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • UAE: 2 to 3 working days

  • GCC Countries: 5 to 10 working days

  • International: 7 to 12 working days

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly based on product availability, location, or during peak periods.


Multiple Shipments

To speed up delivery, your order may arrive in separate shipments if items are coming from different warehouses. All packages will still arrive within the overall estimated time frame.


Shipping Charges

  • UAE Orders below AED 100: AED 10 shipping fee

  • UAE Orders AED 100 and above: Free shipping

We currently ship within the UAE, GCC, and selected international locations.


Heavy or Oversized Orders

For bulky or heavy items, or for deliveries outside major UAE city limits, additional delivery charges may apply. If this is the case, a member of our team will contact you before dispatch.


Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Return Window

You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: Personalized items and certain hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return.


How to Return an Item

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders

  2. Select the order and click Return Items

  3. Choose the item(s), reason for return, and preferred pickup date

  4. Select your refund method and confirm the return

We’ll arrange for pickup, so you don’t need to leave your home.


Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery refunds will be credited to your Learningmena Wallet

  • You will receive confirmation via SMS or email within 24–48 hours after item collection


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.


Gift-Wrapped Items

Gift-wrapped items can be returned, but the gift wrapping fee is non-refundable.
