Cancellation & Refunds

At Learningmena.com, we strive to provide a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, that’s why we offer flexible cancellation and refund options for your convenience.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

✅ How to Cancel:

  • Log in to your account

  • Go to My Orders

  • Select the order and click Cancel Order

  • If the cancellation is successful, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation

Note: If your order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. In this case, you may proceed with a return once the order is delivered.

Refunds

Refunds are issued according to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds will only be processed after returned items are inspected and confirmed to be in original condition.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

  • Items not in original packaging or condition

  • Used or opened products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift wrapping charges

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images or videos of the product and issue

We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.

Refund Status

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by SMS or email. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within the applicable timeframe

  • You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund is completed
